It all started with a dog trot...

Kathy's Cottage Home, photo from Cherry Hill Cottage

This whole blog thing started when my sister sent me a link to Kathy's dog trot which was posted on her sister, Tina's, Cherry Hill Cottage blog.

Let me tell you, it was love at first sight. In fact, I was so enamored by Kathy's entire house and decorating style that I wrote to her to let her know how excited I was to have discovered it. OMG... Every time I look at it, I think... This has got to be the cutest house on the planet... and... I wonder how long it takes her to dust all that adorable stuff?

By the way, Tina's Cherry Hill Cottage is nothing to shake a stick at... Awesomeness surely runs in the family!

It soon dawned on me that there must be more than just one blog out there that might interest me and, you guessed it, now I am totally hooked on blogs. So...

Because of Tina's lovely blog and Kathy's gorgeous home, I have gone off-the-deep-end and started my own blog. I have invited Tina and Kathy to be my first followers and I sure hope they take me up on it. They are, after all, responsible for this new chapter in my life. Thanks for the divine inspiration, ladies.

I can't thank Tina enough for sharing her home and her life but most of all for sharing her sister. For so long, I've felt like I live a million miles away from anyone who shares any of my interests. I feel like I have friends again even if I don't know them (or any of the other bloggers I'm having the pleasure of following. And I hope you don't think I'm a crazy stalker.)
